Project, Inc. – a 501(c)3 organization with a combined social and business mission to transform the lives of St. Louis area adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities – asked Leinicke Group to create its 60th Birthday Party Marketing Campaign for donors to attend at The Pageant in the University City Loop.
Leinicke Group created not just a party for Project, Inc. This branded fundraising event featured 3 bands, a dance troupe, a silent auction, mystery boxes, catered hors d’oeuvres, and online ticket purchase and registration. The tasks fulfilled by Leinicke Group for this campaign to potential donors included:
- Theme design
- Logo enhancement
- Separate event website
- Print invitations
- Three full-color magazine ads
- Looping video during the event
- Five 6 ft x 3 ft marquee posters for The Pageant
- Social media marketing
- E-marketing, and
- Online bidding for each of 12 premier auction items
As a result, Project Inc’s 60th Birthday event was the largest single fundraiser in the history of the organization, surpassing its financial goals by almost 50%!
