The City of Arnold, Missouri, asked Leinicke Group to completely reorganize and redesign the 375-page ArnoldMO.org website for the City of Arnold, Missouri, with the goal of improving the City’s online communications with City residents, businesses, and visitors.
To reach the City’s goal – and provide value-added service while accomplishing this task – Leinicke Group began the project by creating a content message theme of “A Great Place to Live, Work, and Play” that could be used not only for the new website, but throughout all of the City’s communication tools, both online and traditional.
Next, Leinicke Group “refreshed” the City’s 46-year-old logo. Then we designed a user-centric website navigation to engage three types of site visitors by providing quick access to target audience specific information and a seamless user experience. All messaging reflected the content message theme, and all new custom digital photography portrayed both the City’s progress and vision for its future. Leinicke Group also created and produced a series of videos for the site, which spotlight the City and several of its departments and entities to better acquaint potential home buyers and visitors with the City. Leinicke Group also created a City of Arnold YouTube channel for the City’s videos.
Leinicke Group currently performs ongoing daily site updates with public messages, we write and post business feature articles, write, schedule, and post social media to four social media platforms, and write and distribute a monthly City e-newsletter to help Arnold citizens stay in touch with the City’s current and future activities.
